    The Hand-to-Hand Ultimate:

    Fists of Rage: Pummel someone repeatedly for 4000 Physical damage per second for 3 seconds.

    Morphs:
    Fists of Fury: Pummel someone repeatedly for 4000 damage per second for 6 seconds and an additional 15000 damage over 10 seconds. (Adds more duration and a DoT.)

    Iron Fists of Rage: Pummel someone with your iron-clad fists for 8000 Physical damage for 3 seconds and applies Major Fracture, reducing Armor rating by 5280 for 10 seconds. (Adds more damage and an armor debuff.)

    Necromancer

    Defiling Presence (Skill Line 1)

    Befouling Slash(Stam)- Slash an enemy with a poisoned blade, dealing damage over time and applying the accompanying status effect. Morph 1: Increases poison damage at high health. Morph 2: Magicka Morph

    Sacrificial Blade(Stam)- Stab an enemy with a cursed blade, dealing disease damage. Scales in execute range. Morph 1: Deals increased damage based on how low your own health is. Morph 2: Return 1000 of your lowest resource when you kill an enemy with this ability.

    Desecrated Ground(Magicka)- Created a circle of desecrated ground at your feet dealing x magic damage per second. Morph 1: Major Defile applied to enemies. Morph 2: Heal allies for x every second.

    Corrupting Touch (Magicka)- Apply poison status effect and Major Breach. Range of 12 meters. Morph 1: Stam. Changes to Major Fracture. Morph 2: Snares enemy by 30% for 2 seconds.

    Dark Totem (Magicka)- Summon a cursed totem at your feet to apply minor maim to all enemies within 10m. Morph 1: Adds synergy for allies to gain minor berserk. Morph 2: Increases Magicka recovery for all allies inside ring by 200.

    Ultimate: Cursed Blade: Smite your enemy with a conjured sword that deals massive poison DOT. Morph 1: Applies Minor Vulnerability for 8 seconds to target. Morph 2: Gain minor brutality for 5 seconds after casting.

    Reanimation (Skill Line 2)

    Reanimate Skeleton(Magicka)- Summon a skeleton to attack your enemies. Pet. You may summon up to three skeletons. Morph 1: Stam. Morph 2: Skeletons killed can each reanimate themselves one after a 5 second delay.

    Necromonic Focus(Magicka)- Focus your mind and strengthen your powers, increasing the damage dealt by reanimated bodies by 20% for 30 seconds. Morph 1: Turns into toggle ability that grants Minor Prophecy when slotted. Morph 2: Increases stam regen by 150 while active.

    Bone Grasp(Magicka) -Reach out with a reanimated hand to root your enemy. Morph 1: 5 meter AOE. Morph 2: Stam.

    Summon Colossus(Magicka) -Summon a bone colossus that taunts any enemy you heavy attack. Pet. Morph 1: Increases health of the colossus. Morph 2: Afflicts enemies that attack it with minor maim.

    Wave of Bones(Magicka) -Summon a flurry of bones from the ground beneath you to throw at enemies in front of you. Conal AOE. Morph 1: Stam. Adds x bleed damage. Morph 2: Stuns first enemy hit.

    Ultimate: Summon the Dead: Reanimate up to 5 fallen corpses around you for 20 seconds. Morph 1: Extends duration to 25 seconds. Morph 2: The corpses charge enemies, exploding on impact, dealing disease damage.

    Bent Souls (Skill Line 3)

    Soul Shield(Magicka) -Summon a swarm of souls that melt into a shield to protect you from x damage. (Small shield though). Morph 1: Spell projectiles heal you. Morph 2: Spell projectiles are reflected.

    Consume Essence(Magicka) -Consume a fallen soul to gain Major Ward and Resolve. Morph 1: Adds Minor Evasion. Morph 2: Increases max magicka while active by 4%.

    Torment(Magicka) -Summon a torture soul to fear an enemy. Ranged to 8m. Morph 1: Applies Minor Cowardice. Morph 2: Increases the range and doubles the cost.

    Grip soul(Magicka) -Summon a ghostly chain to pull an enemy to you. Morph 1: Increase spell resistance for 3 seconds after cast. Morph 2: Immovable targets refund cost.

    Ultimate: Soulstorm: Summon a storm of souls at your location for 8 seconds dealing x damage every second. Morph 1: Removes all damage but the souls absorb all ranged projectiles in the area. Morph 2: Every 2 seconds a random enemy in the AOE is feared.

    This looks like a self promoting thread to, yet again, bring up the necromancer....

    I mean I'm just looking for Zenimax to expand the play style options. All DPS is done relatively the same, as is tanking, and healing. My proposal for this necromancer class is primarily to push a unique play style, i.e.

    Summon Colossus(Magicka) -Summon a bone colossus that taunts any enemy you heavy attack. Pet. Morph 1: Increases health of the colossus. Morph 2: Afflicts enemies that attack it with minor maim.

    For example, Illusion already exists through various spells like invisibility.
    As does conjuration with Sorcs
    Restoration with Templars
    etc


    The others dont exist in TES so we wont see those either. Harsh reality.

    Monk class

    Martial arts skills that have heavy focus on stuns and throws and critical damage. Weapon types staves nun chuKS etc to keep empty hand theme..glove that act as weapons. So you main w rain hand would be a pair of spriggans combat gloves


    Bard guild

    Much like Mafes or fighters will have its own skill line

    Buffs and debuffs enemies
    Awareness passives
    New crafting items musical instruments

    I always thought the DK flavour text hinted that their spells were based on Alteration.

    Starmage-Harness the power of the twin moons of Nirn to burn your enemies and protect your allies.

    Burning Starlight (Skill Line 1)

    Starburst(Magicka)-Call down a flash of starlight to scorch and enemy dealing x magic damage and afflicting the target with burning. Morph 1: Deals increased damage. Morph 2: Increases the enemies damage taken from your magic attacks.

    Moonblade(Magicka)-Slash an enemy with a summoned lunar blade, dealing x magic damage. Morph 1: Stamina morph. Morph 2: Siphon the enemies essence, gaining minor intellect.

    Starfire(Magicka)-Throw a ball of burning starlight at an enemy, dealing x magic damage every 1 second for 10 seconds. Morph 1: DOT lasts 15 seconds. Morph 2: Starfire can jump between enemies every 2 seconds until final tick of original cast.

    Starlight Charge(Stamina)- Charge an enemy, accelerated with the power of the moon, dealing x physical damage. (A shoulder charge to keep it unique and the physical damage) Morph 1: Adds 5 meter knockback. Morph 2: Magicka morph that sees you charge with conjured starlight spear and pin your enemy dealing x magic damage.

    Purging Starlight(Magicka)-Cleanse yourself of 2 negative effects. Morph 1: AOE morph that increases the cost. Morph 2: Stamina morph.

    Ultimate: Starfury: Channel a beam of raging starlight to burn an enemy for x magic damage. Morph 1: Deals AOE damage around the target. Morph 2: Channels the blast into a starlight sword, dealing physical damage instantly.

    Moon's Chosen (Skill Line 2)

    Moon's Blessing(Magicka)-Gain Major Sorcery for 25 seconds. Morph 1: Stamina morph that gives you Major Brutality. Morph 2: Adds Minor Vitality while slotted.

    Lunar Blades(Stamina)-Increase light and heavy attack damage by x. Morph 1: Each attack heals you or an ally. Morph 2: Increase light and heavy attack damage for allies as well.

    Lunar shield(Magicka)- Conjure a shield of silvery moonlight that shields you from x damage. Morph 1: Shield heals you also. Morph 2: Up to 4 allies gain the shield as well.

    Flash(Magicka)- Reveal a blinding flash of moonlight to stun enemies in a cone ahead of you. Morph 1: Enemies hit are afflicted with minor maim. Morph 2: Adds small magic damage component.

    Ultimate: Lunar Influence: Summon a crystal shard of Secunda from the heavens to give all allies within 8m of the shard Major Berserk. Morph 1: Enemies within the AOE are snared. Morph 2: Enemies within are afflicted with minor cowardice.

    Lunar Strength (Skill Line 3)

    Lunar Rune(Magicka)- Summon a lunar rune to provide all allies within with Major Resolve and Ward. 10 m Radius. Morph 1: Adds weak healing over time. Morph 2: Reduces the cost.

    Waning Ritual(Magicka)- Channel the power of the twin moons to heal yourself for x health. Morph 1: Heals up to three allies as well. Morph 2: Heal lingers on yourself for 5 seconds. HOT.

    Savior(Magicka)-Heal the lowest health ally within 18 m. Morph 1: Also give the ally a small damage shield. Morph 2: If ally is under 30% health they gain Major Vitality for 3 seconds.

    Lunar Empowerment(Magicka)-Summon the power of moons and wreath yourself in moonlight, granting Major Intellect. Morph 1: Gain minor Sorcery as well. Morph 2: Stamina morph. Major endurance and Minor Brutality.

    Lunar Shard(Magicka)-Summon a shard of moonlight to pin an enemy. (Root). Morph 1: Stamina. Deals Physical damage. Morph 2: Grants empower.

    Nothing unique about Necromancer, it will just be a cross between sorc and nightblade with different colors.

    New classes aren't needed, new playstyles are. All PvE dps is apply 3-5 dots then use single target abilities. Repeat. Only nightblade with Resolve is remotely different.

    Change the existing classes to be focused on burst, sustained or dot damage. Some to be a mixture.

    The only reason this is like this is the way DPS is calculated, with sustained damage be better overall in PvE. Yet if you try to do sustained damage in PvP on anything but a DK you'll lose. The Burst vs DOT damage is just PvP vs PvE.
