as topic say i got yesterday my hands on that beauty

i want to rebuild my stamblade into the meta setup which contains

-asylum 2h front
-master bow back
-3 agility
-2 selene/veli/bloodspawn

- and a 5 pice set.

in my opinion there are only a few vaible sets out there:

-hundings (nice dmg, have to use smoked bear hunch for mana/stam sustain)
-shacklebreaker (build in mana sustain; can use dubious camaron throne)
-bone pirate (worst decition because have to use dubious camaron throne, no mana sustain)
-etheral hunt (high regen and reasonable deffensive / offensive proc, have to use smoked bear hunch but can use more wep dmg enchants on jewels)

what do u guys think?

Bone Pirate. Its not the worst option, its the best one if you set up your bars right, since it gives the best mix of both damage and sustain over the other sets.

Hint: Siphoning Attacks not Leeching Strikes.

I'm using Bone Pirate Impen body, Agility jewelry, Bloodspawn, Master Bow and Perfected Asylum Battle Axe. Also using the CWC build by Sypher. Really enjoying it.

ive tried pretty much the exact same build except that i dont have a master bow (wtb vdsa farm) with eternal and bone pirate.

bone pirate gives about 2-3k more stamina and very slightly more regen. eternal gives you the runes. dps wise id say they are more or less equal but bone pirate is slightly more burst and the bigger stam pool and slightly better regen make it abit easier to sustain. eternal makes kiting quite abit easier. tried both builds with 7 medium and 5 medium 2 heavy. i personally prefer bone pirate with 2 heavy blood spawn. still get like 2.5k stam regen pre potion and without relentless. with relentless + potion it goes up to ~3-3.1k. up to 3.4-3.5k after a kill. downside of both builds is the relatively low crit chance so you really wanna run shadowy disguise to force some crits. i even run atronach so i get almost 1k mag regen so i can spam it alot. both builds are absolutely viable.

i tried shacklebreaker aswell but imo its inferior to both bone pirate and eternal. its good for sustain but just not enough dmg on its own. havent tried hundings but i assume its quite good dmg wise since its also the only set out of those 4 that helps your crit chance but as you already noted sustain might be an issue.

if i had to rank the sets id say
bone pirate > eternal >= hundings > shacklebreaker

Shacklebreaker is crazy good because of the mag sustain.

If you don't have a vDSA staff, the next best choice would be 5 shackle 5 bone 1 kena.

    staff??

we´re talking stamblade here. on magblade i agree shackle is very good. however on stamblade i rather run atronach mundus for the mag sustain and use bone pirate. i havent done the maths but im pretty sure that you and up with more overall sustain and dmg.

citrus fillet or whatever its called? unfortunately im not THAT rich to use that on a regular basis :(

EDIT: nvm you said drink. pls tell how its called.

EDIT: ok i know which one you mean now. spring blossom infusion or something like that. well i still think dubious + atronach mundus is better. if you go tristat drink you have to go serpent mundus and your mag regen will be low. the extra mana you get from the tristat drink is barely 1 clock if even that. i think regen is more valuable in that case.

Just try out different sets and see what works for you.
Master bow is good damage increase, and asylum 2h is good ult regen.
I would say go for blood spawn to make your ult regen skyrocket and for 5 piece sets shackle/bone pirate are your safest bets, you can't go wrong with those sets.

Bone pirate with mag and stam recov drinks. Enchant for health as needed. Drop the proc and run 1 domi 1 kena.

You could also swap agility for endurance.

Asylum axe, master bow back bar, 5 truth body, agility jewels, blood spawn(group with healer) or troll king(solo non is my favorite set up for so many reasons.

You can stack more dmg bc you'll want to be heavy attacking for the huge dmg increase on offbalance targets, and you get sustain from that.

Just don't run a gap closer and use Relentless on the front bar in that case. You'll see that it opens so many options for different combos that you'll never want to use Crit Rush or Ambush again. Plus those are getting nerfed next patch anyway.

Meh Troll King isn't as good as Bloodspawn. Bloodspawn 2 piece gives you damage, sustain and survivability, whereas Troll King only gives you survivability. And Bone Pirate with Siphoning is totally better than Shacklebreaker in my experience
