I'm sure we'd be more likely to give a break if anyone bothered to read the full article. Like, it clearly says when you get the crates yet so many people seem to think they're supposed to get them each day. It's kind of like how we keep seeing the same topics about the game being broken, or nerf sorts, or we want necromancer class, or any of the other topics we see ad nauseum. -

fgoron2000✭✭✭✭One further clarification, as several have said that you will receive them when the event is over. The crates are generally received a few days after the end of the event. That was the case in the last couple free crate events, and it is true of this one as well. Per the news item on the official site, after the end of the event on january 15, we can expect to receive the crates by january 18.
