Treasure Hunter passive bugged again?

I've been actively looking for chests this week, and even though i have the TH passive , not a single set piece from any simple chest, where i used to get at least a green set piece every other simple chest.
Is my luck horrible, has the bonus from TH been reduced, or is it broken again ? cause the content quality and quantity of chests sure reminds me of the last time that was bugged.

✭✭✭✭✭I've tested the RNG for Treasure Hunter pretty extensively.
With Treasure Hunter active, you should be getting:
Intermediate chests: 1 blue non-set piece, 1 blue set piece
Advanced chests: 1 blue non-set piece, 1 purple set piece
Master chests: 2 blue non-set pieces, 1 purple set piece
Simple chests have the chance for green and blue non-set pieces and green and blue set pieces in combination or only one of them, so its much harder to judge based on simple chests. Intermediate, Advanced, and Master chests had a 100% drop rate as I described above. If you aren't seeing those drops from Intermediate, Advanced, and Master chests, then you've got a bug. The drop rate chance was not reduced in any of the patch notes.0
