Trappings of Invigoration. The new Medium armor and weapon set you can obtain through Fang Lair in the Dragon Bones DLC. Designed for sustainability.

My question, the leading point of this discussion, is how used will this set be? Is it even any good? Would it alone be worth getting Dragon Bones?

No. But with the new nerf to blocking, this could be useful for tanks.

Its worth the look alone. Who cares what it does.

This is the Stamina equivalent of Seducer, right?
Since VO won't drop worth a damn for me, I'm really tempted to get this as a poor man's alternative but I don't see many people running this at a competitive level.

I tried this set in duels on my stamnb, and found that with 2k+ stamina regen, it was practically impossible to get low on stamina, or stay low. Normally in duels I run 2k stamina regen, or 2500 versus some setups or even as high as 3k for solo open world.

I think it works better for stamina builds than warlock does for magicka, but I'd imagine a future set that works like lich would do better anyway.
