Not receiving my Free Crown Crates

Hello,
I have an ESO+ account and have been logging in every day since this latest promotion started but so far I have not been gifted any Crown Crates.
"To participate in the ESO Plus Bonus Event, simply log into the game with an active paid ESO Plus membership (free trial membership does not count) each day from January 9 until January 15." I think I've met those requirements and would like to know why I haven't got any crates yet? If just logging in with an ESO+ account is all that's needed I should have received 3 by now.
Any help would be welcome.

If you are already buying ESO+ for a particular reason, and your justification is already there, this is a bonus.
Yes of course if you bought ESO+ purely for this week to get the six crates specifically then they wouldn't be free, like people going out of their regular buying pattern to earn extra airmilesXbox One | EU | EP

I never did get my free crates. Can't figure out why I played at least 4 or 5 days in a row ESO plus since December 30th0 -

Did you check the crate interface? There's no email or notification about receiving them, although how many you would receive depends on following their article guidelines.signing off0
