Guild store house cut?

Hello!

As i see, if i want to sell an item there are 2 fee's:

one listing fee, 1%
one selling fee, 7%

i heard the guild gets only 3.5%, is that true? whats happening with the listing fee, and whats happening with the other 3.5% fee?

If I recall correctly, your listing fee is waived if you actually sell the item. You only pay the listing fee if you cancel the item before it sells.

As for the "cut," I guess I've never really paid attention to what percentage is taken versus what percentage goes to the guild.

Can confirm this is exactly how it happens, thus that is why mobs have gold on them, well in them, to be exact.
