Yes, definitely. Please give us GvG instances with spectator support, basic functions like prematch and allow us to set parameters like match times, win conditions, etc @ZOS_BrianWheeler.glad to see the gvgs coming along. Cant wait to get involved!
If youre following this ZOS please take the existence of this sort of event as a clear indicator that your community wants instanced TEAM v TEAM or XvX. none of this XvXvX stuff T.T

That would be an extremely robust feature set that i would love to see. However i would also say its unreasonable T.T i think the most reasonable thing to suggest is for ZOS to make changes to the bg system.
Adding a few options would be a great start for what you queue for
CP or NON-CP option
4v4 option
8v8 option
24v24 option?
That might be too many 'lobbies' with the population with have honestly. Perhaps. You give us BG SEASONS where each season has different rulesets like that as oppose to this CP/ No CP flip flop. MAKE UP YOUR MIND.

Hobbyists could add it to a moddable first person shooter in days.. or, honestly, potentially hours.
I'd also love to see these functions added to Homestead -- which could be an opportunity for ZOS to monetize PVP.
Though, I agree that these things aren't likely to happen and BGs provides the best opportunity to start.

Maybe all they need to do is expand on the dueling system by making it possible for two groups to fight if the crown of one group invites the crown of another to duel. The action-wheel wording would conditionally change from "duel" to "group skirmish" or something to that effect.
Upon acceptance, there could be a check for group size, and if there's a mismatch, an additional dialog would pop up where you can either choose to proceed or cancel. You might have cases where you intentionally want uneven numbers in a match.

It's great to see the fights ranging from duels up to 6v6 fights. Would love to see guilds like drac, Fantasia, Invictus, dk and many more show up in the future so we could see 8 through 16 man fights at these events as well.

Drac pod and artem have had a few 12 man fights and drac/artem are in the process of setting a gvg up.
This event was to introduce all of the new small guilds that had joined over December and to break the ice as it had been slow with the holidays.
But I agree the wide range of fights is nice and we could use
More guilds to participate.
Adamant, tkg, Tm, Fantasia
We just got another small scale Dc group and it will only keep growing.

Oh I know that they have had fights, but if there was another event it would be interesting to see other guilds doing larger fights there as well.
