So ive been trying to log in for idk how many days now and im honestly just starting to get fed up, i dont even know if i wanna play this *** game anymore but *** i spent 40$ so i might aswell right?

So i bought the game maybe 4-5days ago and ive been trying to log in but everytime i log in on the actual client it says my info is incorrect... which makes no sense because i can go log on to the website using the same damn info. Also before you asked, yes i did activate my code and yes my account says i have an active morrowind account

You may receive the "Your login information was incorrect" error if you're using incorrect login credentials or have yet to redeem a Game Registration code on your ESO account.

Should you receive this error when attempting to log into your account at https://account.elderscrollsonline.com, you should verify you are using your UserID (not e-mail address) and correct password.

If you purchase a physical copy of the game from a retailer, you will find the game code on a slip of paper in the game case. If you buy the game through Steam, you will need to go into your Steam Library and right-click on The Elder Scrolls Online title. From this menu, click on View CD Key. This CD key is your game code.

Once you have your code, log in to your ESO account and click on the Redeem Code box. Enter the game code and the account is all set!

Please keep in mind that the Customer Support team is unable to assist with invalid game codes purchased from third-party retailers (including Steam). You will need to reach out to the retailer you purchased the code from for additional assistance.

If the login error is not an issue with your game code or login credentials, the next thing you can do is contact customer support for further help. Please let us know if you have any issues in doing so.

i had this issue. your "account" for forums is not the same password as your password for you "game account webpage" i kept changing my password but it still wouldn't work lol

but the games passwor is the same as the "game account webpage" so if you go to you account info on the ESO site and change password that will change your ingame password as well

    hope that makes any sense

FWIW, this is affecting me, too. I was logged in earlier today, and I hit an infinite loading screen. I let it sit for a while and went to the other room to watch a movie. When I came back, I was logged out, and no attempts to re-login work. I can log in to account.elderscrollsonline.com just fine, and I can see that all of my account information is in good standing. However, I just can't log in to the game itself, either on the normal PC NA servers or on the PTS.
