Can't continue the Orsinium Questline

Hi,

The Orsinium quest line is not available to me anymore. I completed the initial quest(invitation to Orsinium) a while ago but I don't have any more Orsinium quests in my journal. I went to Orsinium but there is no more quest for me to do at that location. I searched online and the next step for me would be to find King Kurog in Frostbreak fortress to start the "For king and Glory" quest. When I found the fortress I started and completed "The hidden harvest" quest which should be part of "For king and Glory" but I haven't been able to start the Orsinium quest line again. I opened a ticket with the support(180105-002952) but after some back and forth they suggested I open a Bug Report here.

I tried to shutdown my xbox by holding the power button and tried to delete the saved data from the xbox but the issue is still present. Whatever I do, I can't find King Kurog or Forge-Mother Alga to be able to continue the Orsinium questline.

the last part of "Invitation to Orsinium" is to report at keep where Forge-Mother Alga
asks you to travel to Frostbreak Fortress
did you found her?

I don't remember if I saw her or not when I did this quest many weeks ago. The quest is not in my journal anymore and when I go to Orsinium there is not Forge-Mother Alga to be found. I think she is supposed to be very close to the mages guild, but I checked pretty much everywhere and can't find her...

no, she is at the stairs of Scarp keep,you can pick up second quest after speak to her
