Installed ESO. Mouse and Keyboard unresponsive.

So I hadn't played ESO for a while and updated the game clicked play and the Zenimax animation loads and my mouse click works to skip to the privacy policy bit but then everything - mouse and keyboard stops working. I cant click on agree and I cannot get any response from my keyboard. I have tried repairing the game but the issue persists.

✭✭✭✭✭I'd suggest a tech support ticket or google. Probably more general search on google that just installing ESO. It hasn't seemed to be all that common or an issue here.
