What is the process to get a crown store refund?

I have followed the circular tail-chase of Support links, nothing is provided to contact Support directly, anywhere.

I would like a refund on an item that is sold deceptively. I would appreciate the information to process my complaint and request via an appropriate support contact and not some open forum no direct response avenue.

    There are no refunds, AFAIK.. And there is no "personal" support in this game. Keep opening tickets, keep reponding to the automated mails and eventually you might get someone who actually listens to what you're saying. Maybe.

    I appreciate your response, I was locked in on an web version of filing a ticket and wasn't thinking along the lines of I need to do so via game interface.

    They've done refunds on crown purchases in the past provided you haven't spent the crowns. I assume you want to refund the race change token, so provided you haven't used it, there's a chance you can get it removed from your account and credited the crowns. (I'm not 100% sure they will, but I do know that it's more or less a lost cause if you already used the token. Trying certainly doesn't hurt.)
