Empty maps into Player communities

Does it annoy anyone else how once you’ve completed a quest in a certain town, you never seen it again? For example: Camlorn becomes dead weight once you’ve completed the quests there, same with Selfora in Deeshan which remains on fire and never rebuilt giving no purpose to return to it.

Surely we could have an update to change these unused cities? Turn them into player communities? All the houses can be individually brought and when you step outside there’s guildtraders etc? Where events and guild meets etc could be hosted etc I dunno but it was be good to see cities being rebuilt and giving a purpose to save the villages/cities. Also for example: you will save the village from Daedra and yet there will still be Daedra there. For example the Mill just outside Daggerfall is covered with Imps and those houses and docks are left. Maybe a quarterly update? Sorry for rambling

Yeah, I thought about that too. We've got samples of cities/zones having several different stages, that is depending on either player did the quest or he didn't, which options player have choosed during the quests and so on.
I was wondering why we have these samples and at the same time we have cities/zones which didn't change at all.

I'm not shure but IIRC there's no different stages for buildings in the game. We can/cannot see some NPCs, have some doors open/closed, some items/effects are visible/invisible - the game can manage these things, but buildings are remaining in the same constant stage which means that buildings are constant and non-changable objects, they're just part of the game level/zone. But still, it doesn't give any explanation to some zones with the same NPCs/mobs whose shouldn't be there because of quest progress logic.

Seems like ZOS just made some of the zones with much more accuracy than the others, IMHO.

However, it would be very nice if they had changed old cities/zones.
I was thinking about houses in those zones, player should protect the city from daedra/ghosts by completing the local quest and then he can purchase a house in that city. I would be glad to buy a house in re-builded Selfora.

One of the two of us definitely has gone mad. It only remains to define whether this one is the whole world or just me.
