New AMD CPU's

next question is what type of performance have you seen?

Im currently running a 4th generation I5 4600 series (3.2) with a GTX 960 I am looking to improve my framerates..

I have a ryzen 3 1200 running at turbo clock, the trouble with ESO is it isn't optimized for newer hardware, intel still out performs and in single core process. I wouldn't upgrade I would just look at ways at boosting performance software side

P.S. I also have an asus strix gtx 960 2gb graphics card.
