Will console HDR be fixed in the new update?

After morrowind the HDR function on console is still horrible (even broken?) the game looks absolutely ugly. Its mainly the colors that are messed up and over saturated. This is the case since morrowind before it was beautifull. Belore I have a screenshot from a video on youtube that shows how it looks.
Please ZOS FIX THIS!!!!!!!
