Outfit system, monster sets, costumes and going barefeet

I have some questions about the outfit system.
Will we be able to use pieces of our owned costumes in creating an outfit. For example, if I really like the mage guild researcher robe, but want to complete it with some apostle hood, will I be able to do that? Or if I want to wear the last Tailored in Tamriel Nordic costume, but with the bracers of an Imperial one, will it be possible? In other words, will the components of the owned costumes become available through the outfit system? And similarly, will collectible hats become available while creating outfits?
Some pieces of gear (e.g. the monster sets, the Maelstrom weapons, anything in the Worm Cult style) come in styles that cannot be crafted. Will it be possible to include them in an outfit?
Also, will the "No apparent gear" be an option? For example, if I want my character to go barefeet, to be connected to the soil or something, will it be an available option in an outfit? Will it be possible to look as if one was going barefeet while actually wearing a piece of feet armor?

The first might come eventually but not for now.
Same with the second.
Third, if you leave a slot empty, it will just show your gear underneath instead.
Also, there were 5 other outfit threads you could have used instead of making another one.

I didn't mean leaving a slot empty, I rather meant filling a slot with a "no gear" option, in the same way as "no marking" is an explicit option in the current style parlor.
