So I have to make a new character just to get the mount/crate rewards?

Seems weird that I have to delete a fully leveled character just so I can get my hands on some crates and mounts. Free mounts is something I really wanted in this game and this might be the only way to get them. Do you get them just 1 time? or for every character?

Im hoping we get them per character and said characters that are already 50 get a few crates and mounts from the get go.

Also, what's there to prevent players from creating new characters and just power leveling them just for the rewards? Is there a set amount of rewards per account?

"The rewards obtained through the Level Up Advisor are items that will be helpful for your character as they progress to level 50, and will not be retroactively granted to existing characters. We'll have a full list of the milestone rewards listed in the PTS patch notes for visibility."

Housing storage will be available to all by other means, besides it takes only a few hours to get to level 18 if you start a new character.

So the crown crates and mounts will only be available if you level a new character? How are they helpful for leveling?

It's just a nice little "good job" reward, but keep in mind those (and other collectible-type things) are per account, not per character. The mount included in the Level Up Advisor is just your basic brown horse.

Yes. Any character that hits a new level will receive their applicable rewards once they ding the new level. So, you could start a brand new character and get every reward until 50, or you could pick up an older level 32 and get every reward after level 32.

Meh, I have 13 max characters and numerous mounts. I have no plans to start any new characters unless they add a new class. I don't care if I don't get the plain brown mount.
I think this is a good system for new players. I'm not new, I don't need it.

It's not about the brown horse mount or the crafting mats - it's about the crown crates a new character get during levelling. Until we know what can be in those crates, I feel it's not quite right (and I'm a fairly new player with only one lvl44 toon).

How long does it take to level to 18, or even to 50, if you're really pushing it. Very little time at all.

I have 13 max level toons, but I deliberately kept one toon low level and very disposable. If these levelling rewards are attractive enough it looks like she might be getting reincarnated pretty regularly.

So I can get more crown tripotions that give one lousy gem per 25?
The RNG for anything good or decent on the crates is so bad, I don't care about those either.
I do the events that give me 3 or 4 and still get crap so why would I care about getting one more crate.

I already have more mounts, pets and costumes than I have characters that can use them and the apex mounts in all the crates are ugly imo, so again...dont care.

Again, IMO for newer characters this is good. Long time players, not a big deal.

Just saw its only the brown basic horse, thought they would add cool new mounts. Still curious how many crates you get percharacter for leveling tho.

Where did you guys read that at lvl 18 you get house storage stuff?

You cannot craft the Housing Storage Furnishings. Storage coffers and chests will be available for purchase from the Mastercraft Mediator (coming with Update 17), the Crown Store, or from Tel Var Merchants. You'll also be able to earn a storage coffer from the Level Up Advisor when you reach level 18, if you have not already purchased it.
