Atleast make the stamps apply to armor

They are very bright and colorful they should be limited and special. We should be able to apply them to outfits though.

Absolutely 100% agree. They must of course be used with caution, but I've had a lot of ideas for both armor and costumes that I just can't do because it's not worth the one-off cost for costumes and it's literally just doesn't work for armor.

I really feel like if I buy something with real money I should be able to use it whenever? I see why the have it limited bc it’s how they make $$$ off of people without ESO+

Perma unlock = a way to skip achievements for similar results. But sure, make it usable on armors. Also make them 3 colours you can use on any slot. i.e. dye violet usable on slot 2/3 instead of just 1.
