ESO Stops Working When Traveling to Home without Permission to Enter

Attached is what I see from ESO, when I travel to a player that is in a home that I do not have permissions to view.
I'm running windows 10, running the 64 bit client. Doesn't matter where I am, and I can reproduce this every single time. As soon as you attempt it, then move your camera at all the game freezes instantly and becomes unresponsive, prompting windows to say it stopped working and to terminate it.
Only way to avoid this crash is to tell the person your traveling to to make sure you have home permissions.
I did not try disabling addons, so I will try this next. Just making it aware.
