I really feel like there ought to be something for EACH race every single month. But I guess that would require too much work? I mean it's not like we pay actual money for this stuff.... oh wait...

So ten different costumes every month?

    120 different costumes a year?

I’m for sure getting polymorph and I’m hoping this means maybe next month we get the Nocturnal gown. I also would like a Nocturnal statue and furnishing set just like the others and the Coldharbour house.

I expect the Coldharbour house to come this spring. Crown limited houses come once a quarter.

That polymorph is awesome and I need it. Those Argonian outfits are nice too. No Flame Atronach pets yet. I guess they like to save crate matching pets for the last month of their season.

Those abs make her look pretty hot, but they also look suspiciously like they're photoshopped. I checked my Argonian and her belly is nothing like that.

Dear ZOS, please sell me a six pack for my Argonian Lady.

LOL! You made me spit out my coffee

Yah, I might get this costume, but not for an Argonian. My beautiful lady Orc supermodel needs it. :p I won't buy the other costume that's almost exactly like it, though. Way too similar to be worth paying real money for both.

I'm sure all female Argonians are up in the air about that Tiki bikini (how can you even tell which of those snakeskins are female?). For everyone else though, no thank you.

In general, I'd like to see less "racial" costumes, that are pretty much only a fit for one of the Tamriel races. We get nord costumes, lizard costumes, dunmer master race costumes, and altmer costumes have also been datamined. That's all good and well, but couldn't we get more generic costumes that weren't named and designed for any particular race. Looking at my collection of costumes, it's hard to find a single one that isn't immediately tied to one of the specific cultures.

In any case, bikinis in an RPG game is just tacky. Didn't we already have that bosmer hide bikini from before, as well as another argonian one. I don't really want to find myself in more PUG dungeons with skinny females in a bra and panties.
And as someone mentioned, it's slightly sexist to make all these very revealing female costumes, while still not having a single male one that even shows a bit of skin. Now how about that Conan loincloth, hm?

In the spirit of sharing opinions, I would prefer more racial themed costumes as well as more generic items that could be worn by multiple races. All within the Crown Store for all to buy, naturally.

I'm sitting here wondering if you actually know what a Bikini is.

You're cultural idea of modesty is different from another's, and climate also plays a role in a culture's clothing. Black Marsh is incredibly warm, humid, and damp. You dress appropriately for that. The same goes for Valenwood.

Also your idea of "generic costumes", which I'm guessing is just color neutral pants and shirts or something would probably be just more Cyrodiilic fashion, or Breton peasantry. You could argue that the recently released Nord dockworker costumes are "generic".

Lots of costumes for when my Bosmer wants to go shopping or complete some other mundane task. No costumes for combat. Where are the armor costumes?

Oh well, at least it isn't another repeat of that Redguard shirt and trousers. Was getting sick of seeing that.

Well you guess wrong. I didn't say anything about "neutral pants and shirt". Just because something isn't intrisically tied to one of the Tamriel races, doesn't mean it has to look like a dock worker.

There already are some race-less costumes such as the old bride and groom stuff, and the noble's robe and dress. And we have had a few dresses and robes over the years that are race-less too. All the mage guild robes are for all races too.
If any of those look boring and generic, it's only because the textures are old since they were made for the game a long time ago, and all the recent stuff we've had has been for specific races.

The upcoming datamined Altmer dresses are also fairly race-less, even if they were designed specifically for Altmer design, and named after them. They at least look like they could be worn by pretty much every race's females.

And please, don't bring the "realistic" aspect into this. Black Marsh is warm and humid, so we need bikinis. Fine, then let them also remove your every armor rating, cause there's no way that piece of hide and a bra is going to stop any weapon from hitting you.

You can be creative with the race based costumes. I dyed the Trinimac Penitent Knight costume automation brass and black and people think it’s something from Clockwork City. My high elf looks smashing in one of the dark elf costumes dyed with light blues.

Look, we get that you're not particularly into the "skimpy costumes" thing, but a lot of people are overjoyed about any and every opportunity to show off tattoos and skins. I wish they would go back to having separate meshes for male/female characters so that males could get a version without a top or something, but it is what it is, so...

And anyway, the racial style of the costume has nothing to do with how it looks on another other race's characters, especially if it's been dyed. I have a flame-Dunmer character that wears the Tree-Minder costume that's clearly "made for" Argonians, but with a black and red color-scheme to compliment her gray skin and red eyes... It's perfectly fine.

I have a Dunmer that would look great in it as well. :) But since all my other characters are an Argonian and four Khajiit I'm a bit limited in my choices. :p
