Magicka Flood

He guys,
I just noticed that the passive "Magicka flood" does not work when slotting a siphoning (swallow soul) ability. No increase in magicka and thus skill damage.
Is it me or does anyone else notice the same.
nvm, it does work but takes a while to update

-->9741 Magicka with Leeching Strikes slotted

Try Magblade again after relogging so on login there are no Siphoning skills on bar-->18850
-->20221 with Debilitate added to bar

Relog Stamblade with Debilitate slotted on login --> 10505
Remove Debilitate from bar --> 9741
Add it back-->10505
something odd is happening
Relog Stamblade again, now it seems to be working

Remove Debilitate from bar --> 9741
Add it back-->10505
something odd is happening

Try slotting a Siphoning skill then relogging with it on your bar and check again?
I have 38151 magicka with swallow soul. If i remove it i stil have 38151 (and no, i do not have another siphoning skill slotted
)
Then after a while (5 mins ) with no extra buffs/debuffs etc i have 35650.
So it might take a while to update. Don't know why though

It has always had about a 15-20 second lag for me,
5 minutes seems a bit overboard and could indicate an underlying issue somewhere
the more interesting thing to me was my Stamblade not getting the buff until after relogging
for context -- did not have any skill points spent into Siphoning actives prior to today on my Stamblade
Spent points on Swallow Soul, Debilitate and Strikes just to do the testing
but even with all three added to the bar, no change took place
left them on the bar when logging to my Magblade
