PVP arena on water

Hi,
So I bought the Earthtear caverns with this vision to create an arena on top of the water. I've made great progress with it but just found a bug. When trying to do ground effects on the rough block structure it says "Invalid location". I contacted your support team but they told me to submit this here.

✭✭✭✭✭Lots of the furnishings that can be used for "flooring" don't actually work as floors for ground based effects. Its not a bug as much as it is items not acting like they look like they should act. Just because we've used a wood plank/rough block as a floor doesn't mean it is actually a floor.
You might have better luck asking in the Housing forum what people have used for their floating dueling arenas.
