1:People have trouble keeping up with five as it is.
2: shouldnt be able to be in EVERY trading guild thats not fair on them, atleast this why you can actually try and be a supporting member not just a financial member when it suits you. (Make a good choice in the first place)
3: as much as there's a part of this community that loves playing with........ By themselves, why would they need anymore than 1 or any guilds?
4: with social guilds you can actually spend time with them, rather than just been a number again not fair on these guys either
5: trial guild; as above you can help them build rather than chopping and changing leaving the hard work up to them.
6: pvp guilds, alliance base or multi, repeating again helping them build, supporting their emp pushes, keep defending, etc again not fair on the ones putting in the hard work building the guild to have people "inactive" because they are spending there limited time across 10/15 guilds
So again, 5 is enough. Just choose what suits your playstyle and choose wisely.

I'm in 1 trading guild
One closed and tightly together PvP guild.
Legend which is a large community PvP guild
Trials guild
Social guild
I don't have room for an RP guild... That isn't a joke either

I suggested then to add a "side-guild" system that would be character-side, that i'd call "Units"
=> they would be "crystallized groups" like Rosters or RP parties
=> One per character alt - We can join as much units as we have alts - No trading option - No bank - A dedicated channel (/u ?) - A tabard system too - Same way to display its < name > like actual guilds - Option to set a member's house as the Unit Headquarters in homestead
