I am wondering which I should lvl please tell me which is better and why.

They're both pretty solid ... I think it comes down to the content you'll be doing and your playstyle.

You can always change attributes and skill morphs if you don't like one versus the other.

I've heard that stamina wardens do better damage (DPS), but magicka wardens can be healers. If you're not interested in healing, though, you might want to pick stamina.

Among the stamina classes, Warden is the only one that has a worthwhile self-heal and shield (without having to go to Cyrodiil and suffer grinding AP).

stamina Warden has very high burst potential. I'm actually playing as stam Warden and it's really solid.

Stam warden is stronger.

I’ve got both and despite the Mag warden abusing every possible broken mechanic it can it’s still not as good as the stamina warden

My Magicka Warden is a Breton, too. My Stamina Warden is a Bosmer.

For tanking, yes.

For DPS you could probably make it work for most content except for end game.

For stam generally, you have 1. Redguard, 2. Khajiit, 3. Imperial. Bosmer works nicely too.

In all content, Stamina Warden is stronger. Also Stamina Warden has Lotus Blossom which looks really cool. Go with Stam Warden.

Congrats, I did the same and leveled her up during the New Life double XP event.

Here she's in Rawl'kha in her Bosmer training gear.

Here she finishes off Molag Bal with the help of her trusty bear.

I've only played Stamina Warden for an extended period, while Magicka has taken a back seat for now and only hits the crafting stations. If I compare how they performed during the leveling period I can vouch the Stamina one is much stronger. Magicka only has great heals but the DPS is really low. My Stamina Warden has done all alliance zones and Coldharbour, and now I'm clearing Craglorn and I can't say I had trouble, even when going against world bosses solo. And I haven't even unlocked Vigor yet. On any other stamina class, except maybe Sorcerer, I would have died quite easily against those.
