Anyone having problems with eu xbox one server

I cant log in. Just says could not connect to xbox live. My connection is fine. Other games are working

For what it's worth Xbox NA was acting very strange last night right before I got off. I kept vetting everything and everyone around me frozen and then it would say unable to connect to the internet while I was simultaneously using the internet on multiple devices.
