Twilight Defiler (Magicka Warden HoT Healer Build) PVP

The Twilight Defiler build is a raid build focused on PVP although can be useful in PVE raids as well with some minor changes. This build works really well in group play regardless and has a higher HoT output than just the normal healing springs "green carpet" HoT spam. The focus was group utility over maximization and the trade offs seem very pronounced. I hope everyone enjoys the play mechanics this build offers.
