As much as we poke fun, swear at, or condemn the evil entity known as "ZOS". In the end, they are real people who are making a living and attempting to make an online game enjoyable for the largest audience possible. As the oft-quoted cliche goes, "They put their pants on one leg at a time just like everybody else."
But what if they don't? Here's my imagination of what is going on with some our favorite forum personalities and game developers as we approach the new year. Feel free to add yours below.
I wonder if at the company Christmas party they give out presents wrapped as crown crates and the whole process is RNG-based where you can get anything from a non-returnable bottle of cough syrup to a brand new apex mount (new car)?
Some employees are undoubtedly taking some time off for the holidays.
I envision
@ZOS_GinaBruno sitting at home sipping eggnog out of a Clark Griswold-esque moose mug, wearing some outrageous Christmas sweater playing with her prototype of the Thunderbug Trial boss model they're going to include in the Summerset Isles collector's edition expansion pack. Of course it's winter on the east coast and she's probably got a cold. Luckily for her, Zenimax Online Studios provides all employees with complementary tissues made of ancestor silk to prevent nasal chafing. And don't even get me started on the toilet paper!
@ZOS_Wrobel is entertaining his love interest by performing, "I'm a naked warden..." to the tune of "Little Teapot" while wearing theme appropriate apparel and emoting wildly.
@ZOS_JessicaFolsom is at Gina's house and snuck in a bottle of Kahlua to add to the otherwise tame eggnog. It's working, and now she's singing "Red Diamond" at the top of her lungs while standing on a
[Brunoan coffee table, sturdy].
@ZOS_AntonioP and
@ZOS_KatP are reviewing this post right now to see if it violates some forum rule, but then realize it's all in good fun and laugh along with me.
Hope everyone has a great New Year!
