Magblade race advice

I'm currently a dark elf magblade and I'm thinking about changing race to high elf, mainly pvp but also pve because it's the only toon I play but I may just be bored so any advice to persuade or dissuade me would be appreciated
I use a lot of skills so use as much regen as I can would probably be the only consistent part of the many build combinations I've played

You would pay ~15$ for 9% regen? Which would be at most like 100-130 more regen, on the high end, because regen is additive. I would not bother. My magblade is a Breton and he does just fine.

Id stick with dunmer. The damage is a little higher even if your running the lightning blockade. If you have a healer running worm and ele drain (which you should in trials) and you are good about keeping up siphoning attacks and run food like witch mothers you will be fine.

For when you have fights where targets are immune to off balance, such as daedra spider bosses, lich bosses and stone atros, switch out to a nirn flame staff. It will boost your damage as a dunmer as well. Im fortunate enough to have both a nirn fire maelstrom staff and a nirned maelstrom lightning.

Dunmer for stage 4 all day

Dunmer or altmer for pve magblades are pretty strong. Argonians, believe it or not, are amazing magblades in pvp.

Argonian is the best class in because of the healing and hp passives. They work very well with magnb. However alot of races are good, mine is a breton. Any mag race has their own pros and cons. Just don't roll like a wood elf or red guard
