Cyrodiil damage lags

I've returned in Cyrodiil after 3-4 monthes of inactivity, and now what i see is terrible freeze/lags right before i attack another player in Cyrodiil. Freeze\lag happens oftenly in moment, when hostile player taking my damage from first cast/hit, and while this happening, i cant continue my attack because of lag take 1-3 seconds. There was no lags like this in my past pvp experience. My platform PC, steam.
