Map teleportation bug. Help.

Hello everyone, I'm going through a very annoying problem that ends up with all the fun in the game, I just can not teleport to any map because the loading image appears but disconnects before it appears, I can not go to Cyrodiil because the screen turns black, it loads more deconecta, I can not go pvp 4x4x4 that happens the same thing, this is very annoying, just happening to my main character nightblade.
Has anyone ever experienced this? how to solve? This is a bug that is ending my gameplay, I already did the ticket and I'm waiting for an answer.
