It's basic Breton medium armor (level 16-25) ... other than the hood which is light.

It says he is wearing Velidreth's Mask though which doesnt look like that

It is the Covenant Scout costume. Not armor.

Ah, the closest armor you will find to that look that I know of is the Breton style medium armor like Tale mentioned. Not quite the same, but similar.

That is a costume that comes in a costume pack in the crown store (costs about 500 crowns I don't know) it's dyed tho

The head is a hat from the first crown crates, I own it as well.

Can't remember the name off of the top of my head

It's a hood with no mask or face things

The above is true; in the picture it is dyed.

Edit: The costume is not currently available in the Crown Store or in loot crates. Used to be, as part of the "Stealthy Rogues" costume bundle.
