Selling the Clockwork Citrus Fillet

I tried to put the Clockwork Citrus Fillet recipe into my guild store for sale but it does not show up in my inventory when using the sell feature in the guild store. It's not bound so I cannot understand why it is Invisible when using the guild store. Once I quit my guild store the recipe shows in my inventory. Any thoughts?

This makes sense now! I have a dear friend who likes to send me stuff he gets duplicates of, and he was really excited to send me that recipe, and was really sad it was bound for some reason. Now I can tell him its bugged
