Hello, i do not know if the customer service can see this. I hope so. I have been trying to contact them via email since last night with no luck. I made ONE purchase last night for the $75 crown pack on sale. Entered card information, clicked the payment button and was taken to the confirmation page saying its done. Closed out, opened my game and i had double the crowns. Checked my bank and i was charged two times back to back for the $75. I need a refund for that second bit as i did not purchase that.
Its still pending in my account but the money has been pulled... I need help. Sent emails to CS info email and it tells me to log in and open a help ticket well i can find anywhere to do that, only search for FAQs that dont help at all. Can anyone help?
