How is this removed?
Recently, a description of the role on the screen appears constantly in the group dungeons, and this can not be turned off. It helps only reboot the game. All prompts in the menu are disabled.

✭✭✭...how do you get that first of all? We should absolutely make this pop up for every healer with no heals, tank with no taunt and dps with <10k dps in vet dungeon! And make it not go away til they slot heals/taunt/dps

✭✭✭✭I've had this happen to me before. I am always able to fix it without re-logging though. You basically have to go into the group role menu and make that prompt go up again in your menu but dont just exit out of it once it's up just scroll over to something else in the menu then exit the menu. Sorry if that was poorly worded but I used to re-log too when I got this but now I'm able to fix it by just pulling it up again on my menu and making it go away.2 -

How i can "reload UI"? My platform PS4.
I play from the start ESO and have this problem only 2-3 weeks ago. I'm sure it's a bug.

But you might be able to stop it from appearing if you disable Tutorials in the ESC > Settings > -?- menu.
