A lil confused ,not getting anymore skill points

its been a minute since I've played but, I just went up a level on the champion level, but I didn't get a skill point.it still says zero, but when I was leveling up before the champion levels I was getting points every 5 or 10 levels .have I not been getting any more skill points this entire time? if champion levels aren't giving me skill points how do I buy skills?

You get a skill point while levelling up to 50.. Champion levelling does not grant you a skill point or attribute point each champion level up.
If you want skill points once you reach 50.. you can get them via questing or hunting skyshards

Most cases: No, unless you're taking the other morph and haven't leveled that; you'll be able to morph the skill but have to level the morph as you would the first one.

However, an update a few major patches back (One Tamriel, I think) swapped the order of skills around. So if you haven't played in a long time, and re-spec, you'll have to relevel skills that were moved down the tree, since the farther a skill is down the tree the more XP is required. However, once you can morph the skill again, it'll go back to whatever it was when you left off.

ex: Poison Arrow used to be the first skill in the Bow line. Now it's the last. If your character was created before that update, has that skill leveled, and hasn't re-specced in the meantime, on re-spec you'll have to level it again.

Do public dungeons and delves for Skyshards. Continue to quest (that will help with champion points, as well).

Do public dungeons and delves for Skyshards. Continue to quest (that will help with champion points, as well).

Yes, some quests, especially the main quest and the faction quest give skill points, the quests in group dungeons also give them. Each pvp level also give one.

Asked half a year if some know some way to see if dungeon quests is done, missed some quests on various alts.

An prayer to you tonight as Khajiit can just give one insightful.

You gain skill points going from levels 2-50
From public dungeon event boss
completing a group dungeon quest for associated dungeon (not undaunted quests)
from every 3 skyshards you gather you gain a skill point
from ranking system in pvp
There is also main quests and some other odd end quests that give you skill points.

Once you get to level 50 you go through a different leveling system... the champion system. So things you were leveling up before is actually your racial level. So no more attribute points to be gained. Attribute points are only gained between levels of 2 and 50. I am not sure if trials give you skill points.

Thief guild and DB quest also give lots of skillpoints,
you don't need all the skillpoints in the TG and DB tree,
Also most skills are either for stamina or magic, if you are an magic build you don't need skillponts into two handed weapons.

Champion points don't give you skill points. After hitting level 50, the only ways to get skill points are major questlines or skyshards. Or leveling up your Alliance War rank I think.
