Your support section is bugged

OK, so quite a while ago I posted a help ticket because my character wouldn't load after getting kicked out of BG so I submit a ticket in the "Character won't load section". And you guys give me a reply for "Can't deposit in guild bank". Please help.

Here is photo-graphical evidence if that will help me get my problem resolved.
