which weapons do you prefer for stamina templar solo play

S/b gives minor maim, minor heroism and major defile, all amazing debuffs and buffs that can help tremendously. DW does have more burst but personally its not my playstyle. If im not s/b front and 2h back bar then i tend to run 2h and resto, (cowards gear in BGs, Wolf hide solo and Powerful Assault small scale), pre heavy armour changes i ran ravager on the front bar but now i run mechanical accuity front bar 2h.

Why not Dual wield and Sword & board? Dual wield gives you Blade cloak for mobility, Dagger for Brutality + slow, and Whirlwind for Endurance. Sword & board gives you a gap closer + stun, Defile + stun and Fracture.

I think it’s just that a lot of people feel that they require momentum/rally
