✭✭✭✭✭I think you are asking about the ship in Firemoth Island for the starter quest of Morrowind? I think there should be a prompt that comes up on screen to use the kindlepitch. So just go the quest marker in the hull and you'll get the prompt to use the kindlepitch bomb.
