Login Failed again and again

Still get login failed when trying to connect to EU servers when will ask get off there ass and fix there servers.
Can someone explain why I have less trouble connecting to na server I live in UK I should be able to connect to EU but it won't let me.
When will ESO get off there ass and fix the problem
