Devs please add few more New Life festivals for Wrothgar, CWC, and MRWind.

Wrothgar, Find a perfect Tree, Tribute to Shultz;s Charlie Brown's Tree, decoration make it look good. add Blanket, lights and a star.
Morrowwind, fix mess up exchange gifts with 3-5 npcs. (use hints from npcs)

It would be fun but the festival aren't supposed to celebrate regions, it's about celebrating the races of tamriel, but we'll, it could be possible since the festival already screws a ton of races up.

i like the racing idea, i think Bangkoria might need that, lot of running area zone and so for Deeshan too, good route for racings, racing sound like spring festival.
remember, not all players has any maxed run buff, it would be unfair for others, so i would recommended each players/character just to beat their own track timer made by devs.

There would be a lot of moaning on these forums due to people being locked out a large part of the quest due to them being locked behind different dlc. I get the IC had a small event back yonder, but it was entirely focused there, so you could either participate in the entire event or not. Same goes for the other anniversary dlc events.

Pretty sure there were lots of gripes about the Cyrodiil event needing battleground achievements.

Generally the DLC get their own anniversary events. The Midyear Mayhem event had portions involving ALL PVP, including Imperial City and Battlegrounds because those are all a part of PVP for a PVP festival.

Oh, there was plenty of gripes, moaning and groaning about the Battleground achievement for Star-Made Knight during Midyear Mayhem. But when the Festival is all about all forms of PVP, its hard to argue against including the new Battlegrounds and the old Imperial City.

Screw all this we meed a sheogorath event "IN" the sivering isles involving massive stunts of cheese and cabage and the emd momento would be a wabbajack. And the pranks and confusion would be 5 times the mages guild story line

Tbh i see what you mean, but people without DLCS and Morrowind would complain, i like that the festival is accessible to everyone, although it would of made more sense to have the orc one in Orsinium rather then the small island of Betnikh
