IRL PAX 2017 morrowind coin?

TBH I dont know what section to put this so sorry if I have the wrong one.

Anyone know why these are so hard to find? I can still buy the 2013 Pax coins for less than £20, and I picked up a full copy of Oblivion Collector's Edition with the Septim coin for less than £40 yet I can only find one or two of these Morrowind coins over many different auction sites, and its over £100 + any import charges since its in the US.
From what I read they were given out in a similar fashion to the 2013 versions, presumably this is incorrect since there were only 2 I could find compared with hundreds of the 2013 versions still floating around.
I also saw some of the people who got that thank you gift for something recently got one too, yet it is described as a "ONE OF A KIND".



Also wondering why these things can't be sold on the Bethesda store officially, since I can't justify paying hundreds if not thousands of pounds to book a flight, accomodation and tickets to visit one booth to pick up some free merchandise.
Probably will buy it anyway but just wondering why it's so hard to find others to compare the price with.

I've got the same problem. I've got a few Septim coins and Three Banners coins kept in a pouch by now (usin' them for LARPin') and have been lookin' for this one coin for ages now. Even one'd do for a collective purposes... I mean, you can find Septim copies on different sites, why not make some to be bought officialy on the Bethstore site? Surely that'd make'em more money?...
What's more, I'm kinda wary what're they gonna relaese memorabilia-wise on E3 or next PAX, now that Summerset's gonna be in the spotlights for next few months... Queen Ayrenn coin this time?

2017 ones were more limited it seems, they apparently ran out at PAX. They mailed a few out to those who got the winter holiday gifts from them.

Not sure why they don't sell things like this, I guess because it's part of a promotional thing rather than a general sales item. You could always try contacting one of the Bethesda social/community reps and asking if they would consider such items in the stores.

Yes, that's the one. What I don't understand is the scarcity of those coins. As far as I'm aware, they were given to some atendies on PAX East 2017, 200 sent as 'round Xmas gifts to some chosen players and 3 were to be won by chance on Twitter. You're lucky if you'd find one of those listed on Ebay every few months (do I have to mention they're bein' sold for ridiculous amount o' money?) as opposed to other collectible stuff.
For example I collect Fallout memorabilia and I see the E3 Bethesda Show Exclusive Mystery Minis 3-Pack (Doom, Fallout and Dishonored) either as a whole or as singles on auctions all the time and their prices aren't that much higher than for example Gamestop Exclusive Mystery MInis.

It's nice to see some appropriate craftsmanship was put into these, vice the mass production flaws in some of the collectors' edition items.

I managed to get my hands on one but since then I have casually monitored them and have never seen more than 3 overall since I posted this. Currently there is one up on Ebay at them moment for over $140 (including shipping which jumps up even more for import since its a US seller).
I was informed by someone that there was a shortage at the PAX booth and they couldn't give as many out as they liked though IDK about that.
