Emp Account Achievement

Need to have talk about this ,we have had two people constantly AP locking every campaign for at least 4 weeks maybe more.
I’d like to put up that Emp be account wide achievement and once you get it your out of that campaign.
Like Kyne your Emp ,now you must go to Vevec because you have achievement thats In Kyne?
What does peeps think?
I could turn this into a poll later on?

Honestly, I think removing emperor from Kyne would be a better route, but that's just me.

Let me get this straight. You are suggesting that once a person gets Emp in a campaign, they should just never be allowed to play in that campaign ever again? Waht?

How about removing people with cp from kyne period,you even have guilds with players with 660cp dedicated to kyne.Kyne on ps4 is nothing more then vets farming.Someone mention in another post kyne is a place where older players help new players lol biggest load of crap i've heard.Kyne is a place mostly populated by vet players who farm low levels to feel good about themselves because they can't cut it in a vet campaign.

That's pretty far from my experience on Kyne on PC/NA.
I have 430 CP on my account but have only been playing PvP for the past couple of weeks, on mag sorc for DC.
This is my first sorc, gear is mostly blue, crafted/overland. And while I've enjoyed PvP on Kyne far more than my experiences on Vivec, when this character levels out, I'm not likely to go back on another mag sorc. (A different spec maybe).
I've run in small groups and large groups and the vast majority of the people I've run with seem quite open to running with inexperienced players. The one guild discord I was in, while a number of the players are experienced, several are playing on specs that they're not familiar with at all from the skills discussion.
I have run into a few players (apparently well known to DC) from one faction who small group capture resources and expect (and usually can) take on groups 2-3 times their size - yes, those guys probably don't belong. The guy raging in DC zone chat about people being scrubs...yeah, he probably should be someplace else too if he expects scrub-free PvP. Especially not Kyne. But they're the exception from what I've seen.
I'm not quite sure what the OP's point is, because it seems more like they want it to be easier to gain emp themselves.
Granted, anyone who has hit emp on Kyne is probably long past the learning point, but if they are still open to teaching and working with new players and new to PvP players then I don't have much issue with it.

That's it in a nutshell. I ran my first character through kyne since console launch a month ago and left due to overturned fully kitted out tryhards abusing noobs. That's like going to a preschool and picking fights to feel tough.

What you wrote is far from perfectly described. Should they be removed from the campaign immediately? (That would make no sense). At end of campaign? Makes more sense but it then becomes a huge disincentive for someone from a Kyne active guild to even try for emperor unless the plan is to move the whole guild. Are you arguing that once the campaign is over, they can stay in Kyne but not get emperor on that account again? (This last one might be ok for Kyne ).
Extended to the vet campaigns all of these ideas make even less sense, and I think adding oddball mechanisms like this for one campaign only is probably not a great idea.

I do think that there are some toxic problems with Emperor in general but I've stated this all along. I enjoy the battle and getting Emperor is fun but there are some addictive issues behind it that are concerning. The game could still be really great without Emperor and it brings out some bad personality issues.

This is a horrible idea. There are only 4 campaigns so if a person gets emp in each of those campaigns they just can't PvP anymore?? Also if we are to leave the salt at home shouldn't you as well? I mean it's quite clear your jealousy of these two mentioned in the OP is the reason you even made this post.

No achievement should be account wide.

No content should be locked because you did well while participating in that content.

I’ve heard some peeps even talking about a week or two freeze even between campaigns for Emp which would be great a great idea.

LOL, whats the point in getting Emp then, if you will be removed from the campaign? Just for achievement? You have hundreds, just go and do them.
Emp was designed to be one of the hardest achievements in the game, if you cannot obtain it then just live with it.

Ha we dance around this but we do ,you see ZOS has a responsibility to its players health and if the gaming is toxic then ZOS can be held responsible.
I beleave that this is toxic gaming and as such ZOS must look into the way we are playing.
I only have players health In mind being a health Practioner.

If it was mostly populated by vet players, they would mostly run into other vet players, not newbies to farm, do not you think?

Regular players would start acting erraticaly to avoid ascension to the throne by various tricks such as playing multiple characters at once (to split APs during single cycle), or multiple sides (so they could relog, resist and thwart inconvenient emp pushes, while others would relog and push just to troll their enemies), or leaving in the middle of cycle, which could cause some avalanche, because players bellow them would be forced to bail out too to dodge coronation.
Other players, not currently playing Kyne, would start raiding it to farm emps, because it would be more easier than ever, quite the opposite of what you hope for.

I mean, you can't use your CP in lowbie campaign. You do, however, encounter players who farm hardcore for specific lowbie gear and then are instantly much, much stronger when combined with battle level stats. (:

Hi guys
I didn't post this to be used to vent at each other but to discuss alternate ways we could fix this issue.
So i propose that Kyne have a 7 day Emp cool down so others can have a turn there is not a mad rush at start of campaign
and peeps can get some sleep.Also so its not AP locked all the time ?
Whats your thoughts?
ZOS would you be interested in commenting on your thoughts?

Hmm,

1) Yes, there are some 40 hour a week ESO folks that seem to like to always be emperor.
2) With relatively few campaigns this does make it difficult for folks with a job, kids, wife to ever become emp.

I'm not sure that there is a problem here. Alternately, I'm sure that you can find a free market solution. Message player X who is clearly very good at getting emperor and is hogging it. Offer to trade him a week of your salary or a week stupping your wife (I'm sure she would like a break from you and would agree) and I think it is likely he will go for it and you both will end up ahead.

And no, I have never been Emp because I have a wife, job, and kid. I would like to be Emp but it is not really in the cards and that is OK. It can be ok for you as well. Just try to keep things in perspective. Being emp is really important to some of these guys. They are literally living for it.

Remove it from all the campaigns.

Bring out a new system, its been so abused over the years on how players getting it.

There are people overseas playing the game so our nighttime is their daytime. Emp is fine as is imo. Vivec on PS4 always has a rush of people out of the gate trying to rack up their scores at the start of a campaign, and you do usually see the same emps every campaign. Good on them, I worry about myself and not others.
