THIS. Set Foot Inverse Kinematics to off. There's nothing wrong with the horse's legs. (Well, except for having the usual weird hind legs ... but the front legs are actually normal and straight.)That appears to be a side-effect of Foot Inverse Kinematics. Set it to OFF in your Gameplay settings, all the way at the top.

Just name him stumpy and never level your speed past 30.
