Antlers Bosmer Only - Why?

So with the current crown sale, I decided to pick up the facial adornments, marks, hair packs, I noticed the antler options are Bosmer only. My question is why? I understand the racial exclusives the Argonians and Khajit, but I wanted to make my pretty little dunmer slightly more Daedric looking.

Are the antlers grown by Bosmer or are they like piercings or something of the sort they get later in life? If it's the latter then any race could potentially get them, yes?

They are grown, but past precedent in lore hasn’t extended that feature to any of the other playable races (including Dunmer).

Somewhat no, actually. The bosmer don't get them naturally; they just get fake ones which are removable. If I remember correctly there was also a spinner who got a different spinner to sing some horns onto his head. I don't think that any of these would be exlusive to bosmer, although most other races would have little to no reason to get themselves some horns.

Next you want an tail, hides tail under robe so its not stolen.
Looks at Argonian,harder to hide so large tail but if stolen she would roll dodge into coldharbor.
Tail theft is an serious issue.

I agree that it is adorable on Bosmer and that other races have little reason to get them, there is just one set that is aimed to be Daedric looking.

Huh, guess I remembered wrong then
Other races could still use fake ones though, or have them magically attached.

imo opening the horns for other races is no different than opening the argonian feathers to other races too, in that there's nothing really stopping people of other races sticking feathers in their hair

The lore support of naturally grown horns is essentially ' this guy told me that he saw it happen'. Wouldn't call that concrete lore lol

that adds quite a bit of life (and flexibility) to the lore.

I recall an interview where they were talking about skyrim and the shouts and that nords had this power of "the voice" in the lore so they just made that shouts and were like "yeah that's what we always meant!"
