Blank eyes?

Greetings.
I came across a Khajiit with pure white blank eyes.
And no it's not the Soul-Shriven skin nor a vampire.
So I'm guessing it must be a bug that turns the eyes white somehow?
I won't lie, I would like to have white blank eyes myself. ^^'
Or is it something else that makes it like that?
I'm still fairly new, so alot I still don't know about.
(Never really started playing untill like 1-2 months ago.)

I believe its 'Oracle eyes'. It comes as part of the 'Cosmetic pack- Adornments' sold in the crown store in Style Parlor/Adornments section.5 -

Luckely the mouth is covered with a mask so it doesn't show anyway.
But what if I want to toggle the helmet off sometime?
