eso allow macro yes or no ?
because now is just ridicule the amount or player using macro
this is my opinion ,i buy morrowind and sub 3 month and i`m so disappointed because
i just buy my new pc amd 1600 rizen 16gb ddr4 older card amd 380x 4 gb
the game run to 60 fps everything look nice but in cyrodiil is always the same issue 25 fps



btw these pic are for the fps issue and server latency not macro

You just simply got hit by the same Dawnbreaker twice. The initial direct hit and the shot dot after.

Macros are indeed abused in cyrodiil, but in this particular case, there was no macro. It was a legit pre-cast sub assault, then crit rush into dawnbreaker timed so that the sub assault went off just as the crit rush hit.

A real macro user would also have a light attack and a bash hitting you within a couple of milliseconds everytime he uses a skill, like a clockwork.

I'm just hoping that this thread isn't actually serious, and he doesn't actually think that the post is conclusive proof of macro use. Maybe just satire of some sort

ESO Terms of Service do not permit players to use macros. Now, whether or not the devs are sufficiently vigilant enough to detect the usage of macros on reported users is another matter. The discipline here being what it is, you can report a player and you'll never know if ZOS did nothing or ZOS found them innocent.

As for showing macro use, you'll probably need to show a combat log that includes the timing for when abilities are hitting you, keeping in mind abilities that stack burst (such as a pre-cast subterranean assualt) and DOTs (like a Dawnbreaker) that exceeds the global cooldown on skills. The death recap alone doesn't really have enough data to demonstrate that what killed you was in fact a macro.

i just want to be clear about a few things.
when some one states that he/she believes macro is being used and or cheats are happening they are then told here on the forums to both try and provide a video and or a screen shot or else their claim is a lie and their just making things up.
and when the person Does do that he is then bashed by the community on every post claiming that a macro did not happen.
and when the person provides a video of the event he is also then called out for naming and shaming and told it was just lagg or like here in this thread that his claim is just false.
when infact he did provide what proof he could he is still targeted here on the forums as the bad guy.

i just want to make a note here on this for future reference, because too often it is said that no one provides screen shots nor video.

None of what you're stating is the case here. The recap and screenshots CLEARLY show what happened, and the community is responding to say "hey, this is NOT a macro, this was you dying by a combo attack". Why would we, the community, use a false reference to talk about macroing issues? We won't.

I think him posting his stat sheet would more helpful

If you have bad stats, don't block, heal or mitigate damage in any way; you will be bursted by a better player.

Macros in pvp would hinder any decent player.

Even if we were to assume that the same ability hit him twice, this cannot be done by macroes.
Macroes simply allow you to press buttons faster or in a more perfect sequence, than human hand could over do.
They DO NOT allow you to bypass game mechanics.

Every week there's a new thread on this and every week people have to get schooled...

Even worse, you're more likely to get perma banned on the forum to even discuss this than the actually cheaters in-game getting temp banned. If only the forum mods were GMs...

And where does your “macro” assumption comes from? Players that killed you have quite high Alliance Rank and if you just started to PvP - you had 0 chance against two of them.

ESO isn’t that hard to play without macro... 99% of the times you got killed it is because you got outplayed.

Clearly a l2p issue.

I mean, he posted a screenshot so that's better than most people who complain about macros. I guess he gets cookies?

However, that screenshot was pretty lacking in evidence that there was a macro involved. If he's claiming that those abilities were too synchronized for a human to be doing them, well, think about the data we'd need to see to determine that. We'd need the data/combat log to see what time everything hit him. The screenshot doesn't provide that, so its a picture but not a terribly explanatory picture for the point OP is making.

If you've got a video, that video should get sent to ZOS unless there 100% no naming and shaming, that's just how the forums work for good reasons. If you've got screenshots, you're going to have to show better proof than a death recap with no times because as everyone has pointed out, this death recap is a totally normal death recap aside from the OP's assertion that there was a macro. I mean, there may well have been a macro but that screenshot is no proof whatsoever.

The Warden dropped Sub assault, then used Crit Rush during the SA delay, and had Dawnbreaker queued up to drop as soon as he made contact. Those three skills probably hit at nearly the exact same time, no macros needed. DB is a dot, and ticked twice, then you got hit by an unrelated Swallow Soul.

For the three skills in question, not only is a macro not needed to time these like this, a macro would be a barrier to perfect timing, even if just used for animation cancelling.

This, and compared to cheat engine who cares about macros. At least with a macro you are being hit with a legitimate, if perfected, combination. I frequently get hit with different classes skills from the same cheat engine guy or encounter players with combinations of damage/resistance/sustain that are no where near the realm of plausible. I had a little laugh last night when I saw one of my fellow AD players burn a 3 star general with a tank build down through a block in 1.5 seconds with one soul assault. He was sure running the engine hot. I had dueled blows with that 3 star a few times to no effect on either of our parts. He was too tanky and I was too balanced. I was puzzling out how to best turn the arrival of the new guy to success when that was all she wrote. Lol, dealing with macros can go to the back of the PVP problems list as far as I'm concerned. Too often I am in the place of that 3 star.

25 FPS and 150 ping isnt exactly what i would call bad performance.

This makes me wonder if I get reported for using CE, I killed players with stars next to their names and I'm only like 220 cp. I'm not sure that dying when you feel like you shouldn't is a cause to cry cheat engine but then again how else could you tell.

THE PROBLEM IS amd PROCESSOR. omg caps
so Intel just better for this game. and 25-30 fps in Cyro isnt bad thing at all.
