Adjust Time-Out Kick Length

Please adjust the time-out kick based on Character Activity. If we are loading CP into the star chart, yes, that will take a few seconds and we should not be kicked. If we are at a craft table making gear, yes, that will take a few seconds and we should not be kicked. Same if we are changing gear manually, it should not kick on the timer.

I've had to relog 4x already over doing normal stuff, including LOOKING AT A HOUSE TO BUY, and got a timeout kick.

HOW do we play the game as designed and not get a kick? Maybe that's the real question you need to answer. (PvE side)

No BS, I went afk for literally a hair longer than an hour a couple nights ago, came back and was still logged in. After that I can not be convinced it's not random.

Really don't understand why it's in place at all. If your servers can't handle people going afk for x amount of time, how tf can you even remotely believe your game is stable enough to host large scale PvP at all?

    Upgrade your servers ZOS.

The servers do handle people going afk for X amount of time. Then it boots you.

I don't want to have to watch a thousand afk folks idling around because they fell asleep with their character logged in.

So don't stand around watching 1000 afk ppl, that would make sense to me.

That's not exactly handling people, unless you count manhandling. I can understand when people go afk in PvP or in dungeons/trials that booting them would be for the best but in the overworld, there really isn't an excuse to boot someone from the game. So what if someone fell asleep with the game on, it's not like you're mandated to watch their character til they return nor does it negatively impacting your gameplay and don't you dare being immersion into it because it's just as immersion breaking for someone to instantly vanish without explanation as it is to see a person standing still for hours on end.
