I'm all for more non CP game modes on ESO because max CP puts new players at too much of a disadvantage but Sotha Sil isn't it. On both Xbox and PS4 these Campaigns are nothing but buff servers to earn free AP on one Alliance for 30 days. Right now the score in Sotha Sil on Xbox for AD is 37427 with 11 days to go and the next Alliance has 10874 points. It's the same way on PS4 with EP, you can log on any hour of the day and you'll be lucky if you ever see a single keep not red.
I think a 7 day non CP Campaign like Kyne with maybe even a reduced sized Cyrodiil map and lower player cap would be a lot more active for newer players and those with lower CP. Kyne could benefit from a reduced sized map as well since it's never pop locked and players with new mounts spend more time riding than actually fighting.

SugaComa✭✭✭✭✭Best solution fur PvP is reduce the map size and make the campaigns reset at the end and have them run for 4 hours
You can group queue but if you solo queue you will be put on the lowest population side
Make PvP about the PvP not about the faction war
Keep the faction war for those who want faction loyalty to the level at which pvevp is more interesting than actual PvP
