Stamplar is a class that is largely based around one skill offensively: biting jabs. And it’s a skill like no other. A single target and AoE channel of sheer savagery. It is one of the strongest abilities in the game and definitely my favorite skill. Therefore, I like to build my stamplar around amplifying that skill as much as possible. Dual wield passives and bleeds bolster the jabs best of any weapon imo. Not only will the dot damage add pressure, but it will also help fill up that power of the light quicker. And on a personal note, it just feels more natural and visually appealing to me.
Secondly, stamplar’s glaring weakness is it’s awful sustain- worst of any class in the game. You can offset this with clockwork execution of heavy attacks, something dual wield is more conducive of.
Finally, set bonuses. That one extra slot from the off hand weapon opens up a world of posssibility for builds. And there are quite a few powerful sets in the game right now. Pulling off 5:5:2 is much more limited in scope with a 2h weapon than with dual wield.

i prefer 2h and resto, resto ult is great cluch ult, prob the best and major force and major protection are op. u can have 38% dmg mitigation and 25% increased crit dmg with it up due to passives and skills ect which is lethal imo but if im not 2h and resto i run s/b and 2h because reverb and heroic are just so strong
