Heavy armour stamblade DW/S&B - viable

Are heavy armour stamblades viable? I know Gilliam posted a good video recently but I'm looking more at 'problem maker' kinda build - something able to sneak into areas, cause plenty of damage then be able to hold said areas/resources etc. especially if playing along side a healing/support class. I remember a couple years back (i KNOW that s dodgy reference material right there lol) being in a nasty Alessia bridge fight. We were EP and a few of us had started to make a big puch to the AD-side tower on the bridge. The next thing we know, a few of our guys in the Sej tower are flapping in TS because this AD player has appeared and is proving an absolute problem to kill. I thought "probably some nuisance DK" but no - it was a heavy armour NB. I would love to try and create something like that.

But where to start. I'm guessing sets but haven't a cliue what to use as a base. What are the good sustain and damage heavy armours? Seventh Legion, Ravager, Shackle breaker? One thing I thought straight away, If DW and SB - its possible to have 2 perma 5piece bonuses running which is a nice bonus.

Seriously, I'm not sure where to start so all ideas are greatfully accepted and appreciated. It would also be nice to have something a bit non-meta. But to be honest, I'm not sure there is such a thing with this kind of build lol

No.

You need some type of snare removal/ immunity.

You have 2 options:

Evasion
Forward momentum.

If you want to use heavy then you need a 2h for forward momentum.


That nb you're thinking about was likely a old sap tank.

Why not just go med armor and run fortified brass?? If you really want to be more tanker and still put out damage

I was considering running Hundings Rage as the 2nd set (incl. weapons).

Is medium Fortified Brasss better than medium Impregnable Armour? Just curious.
